So here we are. Rob has bought the most rubbish flat we could find in all of southeast London. We have searched hard to find this little piece of hell - house hunting for the past 9 months has been tiring. But this January, we finally found it. Our very own slum.
After a tediously stressful number of months at the beginning of the year that included being gazumped, out-bid, and out-smarted on several different properties we are now in August and finally have the front door keys to our flat!
This blog is our journey from horrible to habitable (hopefully).
